Martina Franca

Beautiful town in the Province of Taranto, Martina Franca is located just 10 km from Petranima. This real urban labyrinth, made up of ‘’spigoli’, vertical houses and hidden alleys, is also known for its wonderful baroque buildings: the Palazzo dell’Università, the Palazzo Ducale, the Basilica of San Martino, the arcades, the Torre Civica and much more.

Art & Culture

The beautiful city is well known for its Festival of the image that takes place in December, where several emerging artists are given the opportunity to exhibit their works, all in the beautiful Palazzo Ducale. Not only that, of international fame is the Festival of the Itria Valley, which takes place in Martina Franca and attracts every year many tourists from all over Europe.
