Conditions of stay

Check-in

On the day of arrival, the rooms will be available from 16:00 to 20:00.

Check-out

On the planned departure day, rooms must be vacated by 11:00.

Pets

Small pets allowed (up to 10kg)

Smoking

It is strictly forbidden to smoke inside the rooms and the structure.

Hours of silence

Customers must respect the silence from 14:00 to 16:30 and from 00:00 to 08:00.

Breakfast hours

Breakfast from 8:30 to 10:00.

Jacuzzi

It is possible to request a bath, following the swimming pool timetable.

Children and beds

Children of all ages are welcome.
Extra beds cannot be added to this property.
Cots and cots up to 3 years old can be booked for a fee and subject to availability.

The suites selected

The suites selected during the booking process might be changed and replaced with other suites of the same type. If you wish to stay in a specific suite, please contact us by phone.

Cancellation / Notice

In case of cancellation beyond the terms set by the rate chosen at the time of booking or no-show, you will be charged the total amount of the reservation.
