Our walk begins gently, winding through the Ostuni countryside until we reach two symbolic landmarks: the Sanctuary of Sant’Oronzo, patron saint of the city, offering sweeping views over the coastline, and the evocative rock-hewn Church of San Biagio, a silent guardian of ancient traditions carved into the stone.
